Delivery of luggage to the end of your route

If you are travelling with suitcases and don’t know what to do with them once you get to the starting point of your Camino, you can send them to Santiago de Compostela or any other place where you plan to finish your pilgrimage, and pick them up once you get there. You can take the opportunity to include  other belongings if you plan to continue your holiday at the end of your bike tour.

Discover the Camino de Santiago by bike

More and more pilgrims decide to discover the St. James Way "Camino de Santiago" by bicycle. On a bike you can cover longer distances each day and therefore take fewer days to complete it.

Renting a bike to ride the Camino de Santiago is without a doubt the most practical option if you don’t have a bike and equipment, or if you prefer to not get involved in complications for transportation. Another major value of travelling by bicycle is that you can leave the official route from time to time to visit a particular place of interest.

With Explorabike’s flexible bicycle rental service, you can decide how many days you will need the bike, and where you want to start and end your bike tour.

Any of the routes of the Camino de Santiago (Primitivo, Francés, Camino del Norte, Vía de la Plata...) follow secondary roads and paths, and the route is largely well signposted with the unmistakable “pilgrim’s shell” and the famous “yellow arrow”, although taking a guidebook with maps and route information is always a good idea so that you don’t miss any detail.

When choosing the number of days for your trip, we recommend you to consider the your physical condition and difficulty of the route.

You can also forget all about the planning of the tour and book one of the tours that we offer in our section "Trips and Routes" or ask for a tailormade bike tour. We offer a wide range of services at an excellent price.
